Thanks guys. I hate to be without while being fixed. Maybe I have an excuse now to purchase another then put my legend as back up!

Has any one had any problems with the joy stick on the Garmin Lengend? Mine just started to be finicky with rightward movements. I'm not sure if I should attempt warrentee work or wait. If you have had the work done, how long did it take and was it successfull and how long ago did you get it fixed? TX Doug - D&3Cs

I have my hard copy reciept that states "C". That's what I am bringing with me to the store if the Legend is shipped.

Remaining optomistic but.... The C price is still $369. I hope that if the wrong one comes that I get a really dumb service counter person and I can just get my C with my reciept from the net order.

Better to try and be told, than to miss a dEAL like this one! Mine is on order too!!
