The problem was noted on Windows 10 Home edition and in both in Chrome and Firefox. I have not verified this on any more platforms.

Height and Width attributes (but nor for example Advisory title) are lost when reediting a TB page. Recreate by this flow. Attaching some images for this recreation flow, steps marked with *). - Go to a TB page with an image in its description - Edit the TB page - Right click and image in the description and select Image Properties - Set width and/or height, (for example Height: 200) *) - "OK" to accept changes to image - "Submit Changes" to save the TB page edits - "Visit the Trackables Page" to view the changes. (Images has height 200) *) - Edit the TB page. - The image in the description is not any longer with height 200 (shown in original size). - Right click image and select Image Properties to verify that width and heigth attributes are lost. *) Testing done on first image on https://coord.info/TB4XD0E, the rest of the images had height/width which now are lost.

I would be very interested in reading any official statement on the strategy of allowing inverified users. I can not really understand the rational behind it and I am very fond of understanding things. Anyone read anything official?

I have for a number of years tried to help out newcomers into this marvellous hobby by trying to reply with enthusiasm and chearful thanks on log from cachers with very low Find count. I try to send a small hint, informing maybe on the existens of these forums and in general give a little positive something back for a Find log. This has gotten real tricky since the problem with non validated email accounts since I can not contact them anymore in any way. I do feel we have left these newcomeres on their own, left them trying to find the information they may need (not always so easy since there is so much information available on geocaching these days). I would very much continue to be a part of a helpful Community and I would therefore be very happy if it would be possible to communicate with all other geocachers, especially newcomers, somehow again. As someone said, the way we do this is not important, as long as there is a way to reach them. Thanks in advance! Bernt, Sweden

I would gladly join in from Sweden. And this would add some long distance travelling to the game I suppose... PS Really like the idea of letting the TB movers get more out of the TB moving. Is there a tweak to this game that could add even more fun for those in the "ground staff"? I have managed to get my parents interested in geocaching and since geocaching.com supports translated user interfaces they do manage despite the fact that that have reached 80+ and is only Swedish speaking. They really like to get the log messages from the TB I have given them but they have a problem. They dont understand the watch/owner mail since these messages dont seem to be translated. So they get a lot of interesting logs but have a hard time understanding the surrounding text in the actual geocaching.com mail. We cant do a lot about the actual log content but it would help to get the standard texts in the gc.com mails in the same language as the geocaching.com web user interface. Is there a way to get those mails translated? If needed I will happily assist with the actual translation...

I do realise that this is a somewhat awkward trouble to solve in a way that has no side effects on all the logs already out there. But this date issue has some effects that we dont really want, must be admitted. Attaching a link to a screendump of the (Swedish version of) the geocaching app. The only souvenir I have: "Funnen 1 mars 2012" translates into "Found on March 1 2012". A bit like an erroneously printed stamp...offers anyone for this misprint???

Please, fix this bug, it is very annoying and keeps making things complicated if you want to keep you records straight!
