I have a question about starting a travel bug. When placing a brand new travel bug in a cache, is it oaky to start it in someone else's cache? I think this would be alright, but I want to double check to make sure.

My family and I are going to take a trip down to Florida soon and want to place a cache there. However, we live in the Midwest and would not be able to maintain the cache. Is it okay to do this?

So I want to hide my first cache in a nearby county park. Does anyone know who I should call to get permission to hide my cache in the park?

So, we (my family and me) are about to hide our first cache, and we aren't sure how may items to put in it. I want to put in 2 or 3 things, but other people in my family are saying I should only put in 1. So how many items should you put in a cache when you're first hiding it?
