What if I find a cache area that has been pilfered? I think I may have foun one.

this is really gonna show my ignorance. please understand i'm learning here. when i plug in my cords ie:UTM: 14S E 681038 N 3664964 - the 14S is this for sourthern henisphere, or what ? I am using a magellan 315.

hello everyone. new to the sport and am getting frustated. I have tryed to find three caches in my area , and have failed to find any. did find the codinates, but no caches.much time spent looking,a little poison ivy. if any advice please help. thanks.
