As far as I can tell, any waypoint that the approver can see is too close to something else, cache, waypoint, whatever, won't be allowed.

Have you ever come across a cache that you just needed to find on a certain date? For example I found Leprechaun on saint patty's day, or the Halloween cache on Oct. 29 (okay, so it wasn't on halloween) If so, I would love to see them just to get some ideas
