  1. Sorry if this is listed anywhere in the forum - the search won't let me search with less that three letter words! (?!) Anyhow, I have a travel bug that I would like to transfer possession to another user. Does the system allow for that?
  2. I used Google Street View to find the final location of a multi-stage cache that had me driving all around getting addresses off of buildings. Google Street view wouldn't help me doing the multi-stage part, as it figures out what is writing and people's faces and blurs them out. However, I *think* I can see the final cache in the tree that it's supposed to be in!
  3. I'm a newbie to all this stuff, but wouldn't a simple packet of desiccant in a cache help with the dampness? You know, those "DO NOT EAT CONTENTS OF PACKET" packets you find in all sorts of packaging and sorts. All the caches I've run across haven't had any, and I guess micros are hard enough to simply store the log, but bigger ones could hold a small packet or even desiccants that are small tubes to help bring the moisture down.
  4. I don't see a problem with it and certainly the cache owner can't refute your being there can they? Cool! Well, here's the pic then! Give me the down Lowe (GCRP67)
  5. I made my first cache find today, and of course I had to take a picture of the log to mark my landmark. Is it OK to post a picture of the log with my log report? It doesn't give away anything about the location or show the cache container, just the log with my signature at the bottom. Just didn't know if that was proper etiquette to post pictures of the logs. Thanks!
