Same issue here. In the middle of Caching out of town and the app kicks me out.

Here's my problem. I checked in to see the mission for this weekend and when it prompted me to use current location, I hit ALLOW. Big mistake! Now the website is using a town over 200 km away as my current location. Can I change this? I already tried the privacy settings and even turned my location services off. And I logged out of the website and logged back in. Nothing works. Help!

I personally don't care if someone logged one of my caches online but didn't sign the actually log book. If they want to cheat and say they found caches they didn't, they are only cheating themselves out of a fun time of going out and finding the cache. BUT, if YOU want to compare log books to online logs for YOUR caches and delete the ones that don't match up, go for it. It's your cache.

I hope my boyfriend sends me pink roses...with a blue bow...or better yet some beer and donuts!

Also, you should consider climates before declaring your trackable MIA. Here in Newfoundland caching seems to slow down around September/October and don't pick up again until May/June. Maybe someone may have it and have not placed it due to the weather conditions or season.

Well, I picked up a coin in a cache in Newfoundland this past August. It was missing since August 2008 and last seen in Manitoba. No one logged that they had placed it in the caches. I figure that they forgot they had it and was embarrassed to say so. Anyways, that coin is back in the game! But, on another note, I was a major newbee at the time and had only been caching for days when I picked up the coin. I had logged the coin wrong and the mileage did not go on it. The owner emailed me to thank me for finding the coin and also to explain to me how to properly log it. I did what he asked and the coin recieved the proper mileage. So, if you see a coin not being logged properly just email the person who had it. Maybe they are a newbee like I was!
