Actually, I've always though that those challenges that don't allow previous finds and anything involving a streak put those so called 'voracious and/or long-term cachers' at a significant disadvantage. I guess it depends on your point of view. In addition, some of these challenges promote the creation of artificial caches like the color challenge. Not a big deal either way I suppose but not exactly something we are striving for.

Personally, I think both the puzzle and the hide should be interesting in some way. Now, if the final is going to be particularly demanding (e.g. evil hide, long hike), I think it's nice if the listing gives you an idea of what you are getting into. Same applies to multi's. I much prefer to have some idea on the number of WPs and/or total length. That said, trying to make the puzzle fun is what I look for in puzzle caches more than anything else. PhilNi

Thanks for all your efforts Abby. As for _Shaddow_'s cache, I was able to reach it easily from a canoe without getting up. Then again, the water levels were probably high. I guess I should add "geocache" to a few of my caches...
