  1. I love the picture! :-) This is so much fun already! But I feel embarrassed that you bear all the cost. How could we share that with you? Maybe offering coins as prizes for the winners? Paying you at least the shipping cost? It will be more now, that heavier cars will be shipped. Daffy Duck is funny (and nice). I guess he went to look for geocoins in a toy store, because he saw that geocoins are called "game tokens" when mailed. :-)
  2. EMAIL SENT: February 23, 2015 NAME RECEIVED: March 8, 2015 MISSION SENT: March 12, 2015 MISSION ARRIVED AT DESTINATION: MISSION RECEIVED and FROM WHO: on March 13th, from Sparklefingers! I thought it was my Valentine card and coin with heart candies padding the envelope. :-) No, it is my Easter gift! When I opened the envelope and realized that there are small egg shaped chocolates in it besides the card, I set it aside. I could resist the temptation for 2 day, but I had to open it on Sunday. My son made me do it. No, not really, he just asked, what is in that envelope. :-) I received an Eclectic Penguin coin, a very nice gecko TB, and the little eggs. I love penguins and penguin coins, I love geckos and I love chocolate. And I love getting mail! Thank you very much.
  3. The rules are great. They will make it fun for everybody. I like it a lot that one is not allowed to run around with the coin and dip it in every cache. I hate when people do that to my coin instead of letting it go.

  5. Good for you sweetlife, seeing yours gives new hope to us. :-)
  6. "Will the drivers start their own Hummer? -------NO------they will start someone else’s Hummer that they will receive at their home via the Travel Train Express." What if I intentionally put this Hummer in a not frequently visited cache in order to slow it down? (Hoping in the meantime that another person does not do the same to mine?) :-)

  9. I am still waiting for my Valentine coin. Maybe I will have more luck with the Easter bunny. EMAIL SENT: February 23, 2015 NAME RECIEVED: MISSION SENT: MISSION ARRIVED AT DESTINATION: MISSION RECIEVED and FROM WHO:
  10. Is the last one in the second row copper? It does not look like that on this photo, but I would think it is. I have a bianchi green with brown seat on copper.
  11. Oh, I love your dragon, Bartians! I haven't received anything yet. :-( Laval-K9 might have given my name to my boyfriend. He always forgets about Valentine's day. :-) (We do not really celebrate it, it is just sneaking in slowly in the last few years.) But, it may arrive today (it is 10 am, mail comes around now) and then it is perfect timing! (We do not get mail on Saturday.) I don't mind being anxious and anticipate it every day a little bit more and more.
  12. Very nice. Do you have any idea about the price? Is the size regular 44 mm? How many will be minted?

  15. This was surely worth waiting for! Very nice! I love the coin and the pathtag with the horse. The cookie and the card are cute too.

  18. EMAIL SENT: NOVEMBER 8, 2014 NAME RECEIVED: NOVEMBER 24, 2014 MISSION SENT: DECEMBER 9, 2014 MISSION ARRIVED: MISSION RECEIVED: DECEMBER 17, 2014 A coin and a card! That is what I sent. And what did I get? A golden package, very heavy! It is beautiful and it will go under my Christmas tree. Christmas trees in Hungary are delivered by Baby Jesus or some angels on the evening of December 24th. So, I have to wait until then. But, at least we can open our gifts that evening! Thank you GEOCHARMER81 for this fantastic package. Thank you for not sending it earlier, because I would not be able to wait longer. My teenage son says maybe there is nothing in the box. It is highly unlikely, but even if that was the case, I love it, just because it came in a gold wrap which makes it look so nice, so special. :-) Thank you. Oh, I can hardly wait!

  20. Definitely unactivated, please. I am always leaving unactivated coins or TBs for the FTF, too. I think it is a great thing to do. It is a pity that not too many practice it, often there is no special gift for the FTF. Even the logbook is just a torn sheet of paper. And the container is a pillbox, still with the name of the medicine on it, just thrown under a bush. That is so disappointing. So, I surely would love to be FTF at your caches. Or I would just love to find them anytime, because your question shows that you care, and your caches will probably be nice.

  23. Batch 6 of the Owls are in production and I can hardly wait to get mine sometimes this month. This will be it. It has the colors of the Hungarian flag: red-white-green, but the white is glow, that is why it is marked with light green on the blueprint. Blue and yellow are the colors of my hometown, Pécs, so the legs and beak are blue, the eye ring is yellow. So this is a Hungarian owl from Pécs. :-) I would love to trade it for other owls or other group project coins, new or old, unactivated. I would love the Hedgehog and the Patchwork Dragon the most, but anything else may be of interest. While supplies last. :-) I live in Hungary, but I also have a shipping address in the US at my sister's, so shipping cost does not have to be too high. I am going to the US in early January, I could mail mine then for anyone trading with me from there. I have several other coins for trade, you can check them out here
  24. Happy thanksgiving to all Canadian geocahers, especially to the coin maniacs! We, obviously, do not celebrate Thanksgiving in Hungary, but, of course, we do have a lot to say thanks for. Yesterday we celebrated with my love that we met three years ago. Through geocaching. He has been reading my logs for more than a year before he asked to meet me. At a geocache, of course, where else? Then it took him another year to realize that we could do more than hike and bike together. I tried hard to give hints... Oh, men are slow! But it was worth the wait. I never knew that love could be this good. So, I am saying thank you for geocaching for building relationships: lots of friendships and some true love.
