  6. I have a question about the maps on the cache pages. I use to be able to double click on it and it would show me all the caches in the area. I can not seem to get this to work, is it me or has it changed? If they changed it could you all tell me how I can find this feature somewhere. I use it to plan my caching trips, when I have other things to do in an area, I cache at the same time. I don't have gas money to do it any other way, I sure don't want to give up caching. Please help! Thank you Donna aka : grammynmaggie

  10. Take a walking stick and like I said don't stick your hand in the brush, and when walking keep the stick in front of you, that is when you are out in the brush area.
  11. Hi all, I have been spending time this winter in Florida and loving it. Lot of different caches down here, like hidden around palm trees still having problems with that and you have to be very careful where you put your hands and feet, I made myself a walking stick before I came down and really glad I did. I also have been working on my geocache blog check it out and let me know what you think. I will be back in PA next week in the cold and I'm sure at least one or two more snow storms. Thanks for looking G&M BLOG http://grammyandthepapillonprinces.blogspot.com/

  14. This is a question about getting permission to hide a cache. Is every single cache that is hid Have permission for its placement? Like every guard rail ..did they call the state DOT to place it. I see some on phone poles did they call the phone Co to place it….I seen one that was on a speed Limit sign did they call for that? Is there places like the ones I listed you don’t have to get the ok… If there are could you let me know of some I am getting to where I would like to try my hand at hiding a few. Thanks G&M
  15. well I can see not going to find anything out here so I might as well join in maybe the swamp "thing" put it there as it is on the edge of a large state game lands swamp....or ....maybe it was placed there by the PENDOT mugglers as they use the area ...Hmmmmmmmmmmm I wonder.......lol
  16. I did find the cache and it had nothing to do with fairy's ....when I first walked into the wooded area I thought I found the cache seeing the fairy but the cache was as I said about 20 ft away. G&M
  17. I found a cache on Thanksgiving Day and have been pondering ever since. Maybe it means something and maybe its nothing, maybe you all know. About 20 ft away from the cache sitting on a rock by a tree was a ceramic fairy on a mushroom figure. Now this is out i n the woods....does this have some meaning in the Geocache world or is it nothing? thanks G&M
