Hi all, hoping one of you techies who has been using GSAK for a long time can help me. I had installed the latest version on my work laptop a few months ago. Not long after that, the company moved our personal profiles (i.e. 'My Documents'-type and user-specific setting folders) over to a different server. After that, GSAK has failed to launch for me and returns a 'I/O error 53' message every time. GSAK then displays a message asking if I want to clean up and restart; no matter whether I pick yes or no, it attempts to restart anyway and keeps looping back to the same error message. The only way to kill the loop (and the GSAK process) is via Task Manager.
I've tried doing a full uninstall and reinstall several times, but it still keeps throwing this same error. VERY frustrating and I've tried hunting through the registry and system files to find the offending line that I assume is looking for the obsolete network drive, but to no avail. Just tried a fresh install today, and still the same problem with being unable to launch GSAK.
