one more unhappy Nokia user here. As of today, still could not enter anything but numeric into coords, therefore could not enter minus sign (for West longitude) or decimal points necessary.

Tried it on a Sanyo SCP-4900 with Sprint Vision service. I was able to log on and look up a travel bug. However, all other options (View cache, Find Cache, Log Cache) resulted only in "plug-in not available, download?" with a YES, NO choice. I choose yes, and it took me to a general purpose download page offering a "Jessica in bikini" screen saver. Should I need to download anything?

Anyone have an old Magellan Sportrak, Sportrak MAP, or Sportrak Pro? I've broken the LCD on my Sportrak MAP. I haven't heard from Magellan yet about the possibility or cost of repair, but I'm not optimistic. If you have an old (or dead) Sportrak, I'd be interesting in purchasing it if the LCD is intact. Or, if you know of any other source for this display.... I've done the usual internet searching and not found any display of matching size and resolution. (160 x 104 is rare--maybe custom.)

On a bumpy dirt road, my Magellan Sportrak Map bounced out of my Jeep and landed right in the path of the rear wheel. Crunch. The display and the plastic cover are broken. There are minor cracks in the case. I don't know if it has other internal damage. I've filled out an RMA form online at magellangps.com. Does anyone know what to expect for what is obviously a non-warranty repair? I'm expecting the cost of repairing--if they quote it at all--it to be comparable to buying a new one.
