  1. As a owner of about 70 active caches I would like to see a red cross (maintenance symbol) beside the cache name when I list the 'mine' on my homepage. When I'm going out for a day it would be nice to glance and see which caches need maintenance on my caches (mine) list. This would save me going into each cache and checking. I have talked to several hiders and they all agree that this would be a welcome addition and may result in maintenance faster and could keep things from getting disabled or archived. It would be a small change that could make a big difference to the overall game/sport.
  2. Sue I'm so glad your on the mend. "Behind every great man there is a great woman." I met your son at Ghagafap V and there is little doubt that he is Tony's son. Quality personality.
  3. My heart just dropped as I read the wrap up of Harvestfest. Tony you were the ultimate cache magnet. I had the great fun to cache with Tony and 3 others last winter in Toronto for a day. If there was a cache within 20M he had it in hand before the rest of us zeroed in. Once he walked right up to the cache and it was just he and I near it and then he walked away abit so as to allow me and relative newbie to find it. I have never had the opportunity to meet Sue or there kids but you will be in my prayers. I'm sure Tony is now on the ultimate caching hike and chuckling as usual.
  4. It seems to me the problem is the water getting in so STOP IT! Take the woodpecker idea and grab a piece of wood from another source and cover the hole the best you can which should deflect most of the water. Or just tie an umbrella to the tree 3 feet above the cache - I'm sure noone would notice
  5. Is it possible to do a cache search using the list of attributes listed at the top of a cache. This would help me right now for instance to find a night cache to put a TB in that is a night cache only TB. I've tried searching by words and that gives me CA, FA and Germany. Although they are all nice places I was hoping for Ontario.[] If this feature doesn't exist how do I formally suggest it?
