Just to let you all know that the Mega Scotland organising team have now produced thier latest Geocoin and this is shown below.
The new coin, available in both limited and regular editions, is in honour of the renowned Scottish botanist David Douglas who was born at Scone (which is close to where to Mega Scotland 2010 is being held) in 1799. As a result of his expeditions overseas David Douglas introduced over 200 species of plants to Britain and in recognition of his achievements, the Douglas Fir tree was named after him.
