  2. Thanks Once I did go back and read again I need to retake english class. That's what the directions say. I tried to change it, hope it worked, if you would go look I'd like that. Thanks Todd
  3. Dear People I'm trying to encrypt in a cache find, not sure I did or if it worked. If someone could help please? Look up "Sheldon Surprise" in the 49441 search. I posted today and used [as you will see] and can't tell if it worked. Thanks for any help you might offer. Todd & Team Breakaway

  5. My cousins gave me a TB to place, and I don't know how to do that. Thanks for helping I not good on computers but love GPS caching. Todd
  6. How can I find Pet Rock? I'd like to find this one. I'm working on a big one also look for it in the future. Todd & Team Breakaway
  7. I like the idea of the train car. I no were there is a few I might be able to get permission to use? I like the idea of trading up in size, and this might work. There are two shops, one ice cream and the other nicknacks. They migth like the trafic, kinda like a sponser. There is also a cache (http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=7bb51092-9466-40d7-a105-4e36f50b239d) Not sure how to get you to see this one. This is a very cleaver cach. The bird house is a model of the train car next to it, and the cache is in a section of the wheel. It was great I didn't get the clue in the name "wheel thing" till I was on the way home, and it was like that was so cool. Sorry if the link didn't work, try (Not Just for the Birds, Look for the Wheel Thing) zip code 49461. Thanks for reading. Todd & Team Breakaway
  8. I have seen other races in the past and thought looked fun. I was thinking they all took lots of planning and they all started at the same time. It would be very easy to take a few at a time each time from cache to cache kinda like cheating. My way would be much faster to set up and play. Could have a post offering challenges and teams looking to race. Just throwing out soem ideas. Todd

    Tb Racing

Dear People I just thought of an idea, How about racing TB's from cache to cache. Each team would race from there cache to the challengers cache. The date could be pre planed, and anywere. I'm in Michigan and would love to race a few, I'm thinking match box cars. I'm looking up some now on ebay, need some very fast cars for this race. Any thoughts? Todd & Team Breakaway
  10. Hey Guys I want to set up my first cache and want a first find certificate. Can I just download and print something? I sure love caching, only been doing it a few weeks, just did my 17th tonight. I will make one very soon so watch for it. Thanks for the help. Todd & Team Breakaway
  11. Thanks between the two of you I got it. I read about the offset from greenwich, or official time. So I'm figureing things out. I just want it right as I'll offer it to my fellow employees when they want to use it and try this great sport. I'm looking at something new I have to say. I'm thinking color. Thanks again Todd
  12. Dear Group I have a very old Garmin 12, and just got hooked on Geocacheing. My coworker took me out hunting three days ago and I loved it. So I dig out my GPS and load in bats and off we go day two. I turn the thing on in say many years and it took 30 min to locate, seems to work better now. But my problem, first how to set time for dummies? Also my friends very new etrax tells him with in feet of target and mine says .01 miles, now they both seem to find the target at about the same time say within feet apart but was wondering if this can be changed? Or is this the excuse I need to get a new color GPS. This is now day Three I have 24 caches loaded in we did three yesterday alone. I'm hooked and already planning my first two hides. Thanks for any and all help. Todd
  13. Thanks I figured it out. I'm on the same page now, sorry such a simple thing for some. I'll get it all figured out soon.
  14. Dear Group How much fun we are having. I've had this GPS and never knew how to use it. Then a fellow employee got one and we found this site, WE ARE HOOKED! We have been out on 4 in the past 2 days, and we were stumped by "EVIL's" but then went and found another. We are planning to bring more employees with us next. But my problem is I want the numbers of caches I've found after my name, and just can't seem to do it? I'm also planning a three stage cache comeing soon. Thanks and just love this, I have a Garmin 12 and already want a new better one. Great site. Todd & Team Breakaway
