I have been a premium member for one year and when
the membership was ended in june I decided to renew it. So
I choosed a three year membership with annual renewal. I
ordered the subscription the 27 of june, I requested the payment through paypal
(21 working-days ago) and the 30-th of june the withdrawal from my visa-account
was made (makes 18 working-days). Does it ususally takes that long? It didn´t last year.
Can anyone tell me what to do. I have e-mailed both paypal and Groundspeak twice.
Paypal has e-mailed me back me but not answering my particular question.
With Groundspeak I have used both the ticketsubmitting-service at support.Groundspeak.com
and emailed them "the ordinary way" at <contact@Groundspeak.com>. The only response I've got
from Groundspeak is an automatical answer on the ticketsubmitting, telling me to go to a
url where I can follow up and check the status on my question. But the link doesn't work,
it tells me to login with username and password but there is no such loginservice as I can tell.
I may add that I have got an subscription-ID but it will not work.
I'm getting desperate and frustrated now, please can anyone help me?
