  1. Sure looks like an attack to me I can understand why they blew you off The manner in which someone writes to a company should be no factor in the company's response. They are a business, and they treat it as such. However, their response does leave me a distinct impression they do not care to support Macintosh anytime soon...so I will look to purchase a different brand. Thanks for posting this...it made my decision easier.
  2. Real easy...Support Mac OSX. I'm currently in the market to upgrade from my old Yellow E-Trex, and although I had a Garmin 60c, in hand, with VISA...ready for purchase, I read between the lines of the vague packaging to deduce it's not Mac compatible. Lucky me for putting it back.
  3. After reading through the thread, I think it's only appropriate that I start planning a multi named "The Triple-Breasted Cache of Eroticon Six". Only hitch (pun intended) is that I might have to lobby GC.com for an additional "maturity" rating. Hey Lep! You have some pull...gotta sec?
  4. First of all, check and see if you find any non-cache boxes labelled "ACME" nearby. If so, the coyote might be using any one of a variety of gadgets that may explode at any time. Exercise caution. Also, if you happen to hear a "MEEP MEEP" sound, you are dangerously near the coyote's prey. You'd be advised to take shelter immediately as you could accidentally wander into the path of falling boulders from cliff escarpments. But seriously...just think of "special effects". EFFECT is more commonly a noun, whereas AFFECT is more commonly a verb. There are exceptions, but it's a good rule of thumb. HTH!
  5. The Young Yimes dig stickers. They will loot an ammo box dry in search of stickers. Then of course, some section of drywall in my house will be covered. Let me rethink this suggestion...
  6. I went online to check the prices on GPSr's because Santa kinda forgot to bring me one.
  7. I just like the word "premium". It implies that you have purchased something that is regarded to be the best. Kinda like how you buy premium hot dogs and they're bigger...but they're really just full of a bit more pseudo-meat that isn't good for you anyway. But dang, that premium packaging makes me feel at ease.
  8. Perhaps by changing the word "code" to something hip like "manifesto", it's not appearing to be anything legal or otherwise forceful. Either way, I like it, and think that cachers will recognize it positively for what it is.
