OK, I decided to do what you said. I took a PQ for the 500 caches nearest to my Zipcode and ran it through a niftly little app written by Fizzymagic. Here are the results: Containers: 1 ( 0.2%) Large 69 (13.8%) Micro 12 ( 2.4%) Not chosen 10 ( 2.0%) Other 312 (62.4%) Regular 95 (19.0%) Small 1 ( 0.2%) Virtual The results do not seem to confirm what you are saying. Brian, you know I've been with you almost 100% on this and most other issues, but in the case of the cache hide stats you've cited, you know as well as I do that you're located in an area that has not been overwhelmed by Micro Spew...but you also know that so many other areas have. Choose a few other metro areas and run the same 500 nearest search and you know what you'll find in at least half the cases. Can you run it in Memphis, TN. I hear that town is micro hell.

I know you did not ask me but I'm going to answer. I don't let the actions of others bother me. I know what I did to log it, what others do it their business. It cheapens it only for the person who did not find it in the original place. Spelling edit.

Why are so many people worked up because of how someone else plays the game? I don't understand why anyone would care.

From Kansas City, MO but WV is one of my favorite states to cache. I have found caches in the Beckley-Charleston-Point Pleasant-Summersville-Huntington area as well as both pan handles. I can't wait for my business to get me back to WV.

The problem is he has his facts wrong. I am not looking for the MO coin and did not offer anyone to trade for one.

I am in a unique position to explain sawblade5 whine. I hope this clears it up for everyone. "I am whining because of people" I am whining because ajayhawkfan "who turn trade a trade offer for a geocoin" turned down my offer to trade a MO geocoin "that I have" that I own (for his AJAYHAWKFAN coin). "only to ask for the same coin that you offered" Then ajayhawkfan offered to trade for a MO geocoin "from someone else for the same coin your looking for" with someone else for the AJAYHAWKFAN coin I want. I hope that helps everyone. I stated in my post that, I would like a TRACKABLE MO (along with other states) geocoin when or if they get made. It is a shame he did not comprehend that before posting his whine here and on the MoGeo Forums.

That is way to much for a coin. You need to get the coin below $10. $8 would be better.

I log a DNF each attempt. Sometime the owner will show mercy and send an unsolictated but welcome hint.

I have been collecting a trackable (on GC.com) geocoin in each State I have found a cache. I have 4 states to complete my collection of states with trackable coins. I will trade an activated silver AJAYHAWKFAN coin for the following state coins: OH NJ CO (All three for a gold and silver.)
