  4. He is 28 and a idiot. Luckily he lives away from my home court a bit, but still, it pisses me off and his wife thinks its stupid i wont talk to him because of it.
  5. I introduced a friend to caching. After 6 months or so he has informed me he is now going to caches and taking everything in each of them and leaving a note saying its been pirated. And he is now stealing any ammo boxes he can find.Because of this we dont even talk anymore.....What should i do.
  6. Yeah i wanted the oregon but it was 200$ more than colorado at best buy. The wheel works perfect for me. Reminds me of my blackberry.
  7. Thanks guys, i got the free topo maps, thats all i needed.
  8. Just got a colorado 300 mainly for geocaching. My question is, is there a way to set it so it shows all the roads, like side roads. Mine seems to only be showing main highways and such. Or is this something i have to pay for to get. My wifes car GPS which cost less than this came with all the roads.
  9. If your using a blackberry download Blackstar. It will give you pretty good cords where you are without having to fiddle with anything.
  10. I returned the 60Csx and got the colorado. Did 3 caches in the woods before a huge rain storm hit. It worked absolutely perfect. Awesome product. Nice upgrade from using Geonavigator on my blackberry.
  11. From what ive seen the colorado is best for paperless caching. But cant you just send all the gpx files to the 60CSx from this site so you wouldnt need paper for it either? right
  12. I just got back from bestbuy, bought the 60CSx for 329$, the colorado was 299$. I havnt opened it yet. Something was telling me in my head to get the colorado.
  13. It was pretty good. My Suggestions to make this work. 1- Go after insanely tough caches in the absolute middle of no where to make it more interesting. 2-If you are going after normal caches like in the test episode have the main Star of the show film everything himself survivorman style as he is going after the cache. though im not sure how much film making experience he might have. 3-Drop the cursing , it is not needed. 4-Dont use the fake getting lost thing as comedy relief, it is not needed. 5- Call les Stroud to do the show if your really serious.
  14. I have a Blackberry Storm, and i use geocache navigator. It almost everytime puts me within 3 feet of any cache i am tracking. But the thing is, how can it be so accurate when im tracking a cache, but if im placing one, and I get my GPS cordinates through it, it is always off by 50-80 feet when i test the cordinates that it just gave me where i just placed the new cache to see how accurate it is?
  15. Well i just started this addicting hobby, and after getting two caches this morning, both which where desent hikes through hill forest area, i decided to grab one quickie before on my way home. It was behind a guardrail , and i saw it as it was on a turn with sa pull off. About 100 yards before was a closed road sign, so i figured i can see where its at ill just go get it. I pull off, hop out and wham cop is yelling at me to get into my car. He was parked behind a sign across street. He didnt believe me at all when i tried to tell him what i was doing. And $110 ticket later wham...lol...I was just wondering if anyone else had any runins where they actually got ticketed.
