Thanks for this latest release of iPhone App I miss 3 things: - to have my Cache Counter present when writing a log (i have to go back to the homepage and the search goes lost!) - to set a default signature to my logs (I like to write my Found#+1 and Time to my logs like #222 @11:34 - it would be very nice to have some possibilities to define a signature) - to have a tab which guides to the last search, so switching between homepage and search would be possible. I'd LOVE to have the cache-number under my sent logs linked to the cache page! Sometimes I'd like to look for newer logs under a specific cache. and this is only possible by searching the cache new.

be sure that IF you CHECKED the box "listing is written in HTML" that you're using HTML. Means, that you'll have to add <br /> after each paragraph. UNchecking the html-box should do the line breaks automatically.

the attributes there are the pure images... perhaps it's there to calculate something of "bikes", "view" and so on... but placing "real" information there isn't possible in my oppinion, because I'm only able to select of pre-defined images.

i think the person meant, that choosing the right attributes can help finding the cache. i know a cache where "no drinking water" is set as an attribute and the cache is a fake water tap... there is no other way to place information there. simon

Create a pocket query with NC or night cache in the cache title OR search for the attributes "flashlight required" or "only at night" This is only possible as a premium member, an extended search should be possible as basic member... Simon

I'd like to have access to my UNPUBLISHED caches on the iPhone-App as well. Would be good for testing the appearance of the listing before publishing.

the problem with parallels is, that i need a Windows, which i don't have so i tried with Wine and CrossOver. You mean, i need to install internet Explorer in Wine or in Parallels? Thanks!

i tried to install GSAK with WineBottler on my Mac running the latest OS. Is it normal, that connecting to geocaching.com isn't possible with GSAK and Wine? There is no error or something, but the Connecting-Wheel turns forever.... Are there some tricks to get GSAK running on Mac? Simon

ich hab für ein paar Kollegen mal etwas wie ein Multi-Cache gemacht und ihnen einfach ein Listing geschrieben und ausgedruckt. Ohne irgendwo zu publizieren... Wenn du einen Cache auf Geocaching.com publizierst, ist die Idee, dass er auch möglichst lange vorhanden bleibt! Von da her ist dieser Idee unbedingt abzuraten. Geh doch mal mit deinem GPS Koordinaten eines Ziels erfassen, verstecke dort eine Box mit Süssigkeiten oder weiss ich was und bastle einen Multi drumherum Eine Strecke ausdenken, diese abgehen und verschiedene Zwischenposten erfassen mit Infos vor Ort...
