I found one and it wasnt loged in that cache. What do I do? How do I log it any ways?

So I found on and it wasnt marked in the cache. What do I do? And how do I enter it ?

We lost our GPS on fathersday in oregon city. We were doing the Path 142B cache. We are not sure where it got left if you have seen a Pro spot magellan please let me know. thanks
