Any cachers want to show a fellow cacher from New Orleans around town? Or any suggestions on a few good caches I should make a point to hit? DeO

  3. I would like some input on placing caches while on vacation. I want to place a cache possably on the resort grounds, any suggestions on the container type? I was thinking some sort of tupperware type, but I would assume that would have to be bought there. I was also mulling over the idea of micro caches, any suggestions other than film containers?
  4. Do you have a great place you think a cache should be hidden? Great, contact me and I will be more than happy to place a cache out there with you. I have 3 caches ready to place out in the wild and can not seem to find a place that is either safe or interesting enough to place it. So if you would like to help place a cache PLEASE dontact deo@deolink.com.
  5. Pub Crawlers Get Hi-Tech Support I WANT ONE!!! LONDON (Reuters) - You'd like a drink, but don't know where to turn? A pair of beer-loving entrepreneurs have just the solution -- a computer that straps onto the wrist and directs the wearer to the nearest pub, Britain's Sun newspaper reported. The hi-tech device uses satellite-positioning systems to determine the wearer's location, then prints the addresses of the four nearest pubs on a screen, the paper said Friday. The contraption, called eSleeve, also recognizes the wearer's voice and can even help drunken revelers find their way home, according to Bristol University inventors Cliff Randell and Henk Muller. Randell was quoted as saying: "It works perfectly, but might have trouble recognizing your voice after one too many pints."
