  1. I have 2 caches hidden in Laurel Park in St Peters, MO and am looking for someone to take ownership of them. I have enjoyed having them but am more interested in searching than hiding caches. Thanks
  2. You can only use Geocache Navigator on the Storm, NO other phone on Verizon is supported. I have a storm and use it almost everyday and mainly when I travel for work, it is real nice just to be driving down the road turn it on and find something close. Hope this helps/
  3. My suggestion is create a route on geocaching and read up on them if you have time. I myself am traveling in a few weeks and I did a route with a 1 mile variation from the road and it gave me 85 to choose from. This is a businees trip so I am just picking the ones closest to the highway, so I have some from different states. Hope this helps.
  4. is there a way to find new caches in another area or state without changing your location each time
  5. found it thanks, looking forward to a FTF
  6. I have tried to search and got no result. I am wanting to receive a notification of new caches in my area, does any know how to setup this up on geocaching.com or if it is an option. Thanks
  7. I to have a storm, my suggestion is to get Geocache Navigator software, this will use your internal GPS and give you a compass to guide you, a map section so you can see which street to use, and the specs of the cache. The only down fall I have found is you can't see the hint or past logs. I use this program and my girlfriend use the GPS and in some cases the phone works better. The battery doesn't last long when using the GPS.
  8. I am new to geocaching and have many of times went to one were my GPS stated I was standing on it but didn't see it and I DID NOT LOG IT, if you log it as found and really didn't find it please let me know who you are so I can avoid you.
  9. I have the Blackberry Storm, and use Geocache Navigator and haven't had any issues, I don't think you can load topo maps but you can view them.
