  1. I often don't even bother looking at the swag. I think that the true fun of Geocaching is where it is hidden, not what is in it. Just my two cents worth.
  2. Ok, so you just have to grab them. Everything makes sense now...*taps head knowingly* Thanks!
  3. I'm having the same problem. The ziplock that the TB is in has no activation code and neither does the packaging. Help!
  4. I'm meaning the old Legends, not the spiffy C's and Cx's that are out now. http://www.garmin.com/products/etrexLegend...s/legendBig.jpg
  5. I own a VentureCx and they are just great. They have all the features you need for geocaching and navigating around the city*. They are awesome. *Provided you have purchased the detailed maps for that area.
  6. So, eTrex Legends don't average a location? I find that odd as my old GPS 12XL even averaged. Is this true?
  7. I can't wait to get mine! I ordered mine the same day they announced it, so I should get one...*crosses fingers*
  8. For the extra 40eur I'd go for the Venture Cx. Mind you, I'm a bit bias as I love my Venture Cx.
  9. A light saber. No really, I'd like to be able to download all the cache info onto it.
  10. I own a Venture Cx and I will be very happy to answer any questions about it...
  11. I'm having the same problem. Sorry, I can't be of any help...
  12. I suggest a Garmin eTrex Venture Cx. They do have a mapping capability which is useful for just non-geocaching navigating. They are only about $250- a $50 rebate.
  13. I just want to say that I have received my eTrek VentureCx and it is AWESOME! I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a GPS.
  14. Thanks guys! I just purchased my Venture Cx. Thanks for the info.
  15. I currently have a Garmin GPS12XL and I am looking for something alittle more accurate and "high-tech". I am looking at a eTrex Legend Cx and I am wondering if anybody has some thoughts/experiances with it. I don't want to spend more then $250 so the price is right. Thanks.
  16. A friend of mine is looking at getting a Garmin GPS 60. Do any of you have one and have any thoughts/experiances with it? Thanks.
  17. What are they? I know that they are cool little coins. If you find one in a cache , are you supposed to keep them or do you move them like TBs? Thanks
