I think maybe the economy has brought our (my!) attention to where our $$$ goes, and what's really important. It's been interesting too, to watch the growth of geocaching and geocoins, and the popularity of both. Geocoins were such an amazing phenomenon, an off-shot of caching that just exploded in popularity. Not sure where they will go, but we do enjoy watching our talented cachers work. ps-likewise Moop Alongs comment about the boards, sad part of forums, the anger.

The Antonio Porchia quote. I love the night, worked it for many years. It has it's own beauty, that so many of us miss. Here's a quote i really like, although not for this coin! "Don't tell me the sky's the limit, when there are footprints on the moon!" This one will be special for us, thanks!

I wonder if the company minting the coins could shed any light on this problem? Just to know if the coins had ever been minted would help. This is all such a shame, it was such a nice design.

Set a limit to purchase for sure, but more than just one of each version, maybe two. Saw a pretty hefty request during a coin reservation recently, no doubt where the majority were going. That has never seemed right to me, to profit from someones great design. We have so enjoyed yours, thanks!

We do enjoy watching the evolution of a coin from die art to finished coin, especially a really well done design. Not real crazy about seeing small "parts" of new coins though, to add to the hype i guess. Sure are some fabulous designs out there.
