  1. Idea#2 caches of past, present, and future. cache serried that reflects caching from long ago(8 years or so) ,modern caching, and the futer of caching -dediles

  6. geocaching is the closest thing I can see to a weekend adventure. every cache is different, they take you to amazing places, you get to meet new people , solve puzles, and you get to find tresure that most people don't know exist. So if you ask me why I geocache, why anyone geocaches, the answer is that everyone wants some adventure in there lives. who wants to collect stamps as a hobby when you can say that you are a high-tech treasure hunter

  10. Hi i'm Dediles and I have found 5 caches and hidden nothing. I am starting this topic to see what people bring geocacheing, and to add to my list of things to bring. So tell me what it is and why you need it. I'll be happy to know. This is the list I've worked out hiking stick (for hicking and poking porposes) i-pod tuoch (to keep cache info on) trinkets(duh) GPSr(dble duh) gloves( for posible grimy stuff) compass( actuly I don't know) drink(cus I'd die without it in 75 hours) binoculars( there are some pretty views out there) pen( in case log pen is missing)

  14. thanks for the advice.got a basic yellow etrex of ebay for 50$, a discontinued modle. i'll see how it works, as a new geocacher I don't know much, but i love tresure hunts. oh and for those of you who posted coments about the question in ()'s it was JUST A JOKE ok i did not need to know? dediles out!, peace!
