  1. Yeah. John. There's umm...something I forgot to tell you about Jess and me.... You see it all started over this puzzle we were working on..... (continue as you see fit) --TT-- holy moly Jeff.... It looks like she's CHOKING the answers outta ya!!! I guess ya gotta do what ya gotta do with your puzzles!!! Great job Harmon!
  2. Nice job on the card TG!!! Thanks for hooking it up. Ole and Lena were driving to Duluth from da Range one weekend and approached the exit for Cloquet. The sign read: Cloquet right, Duluth left. So Ole turned around and went home.
  3. I would have to say Dan-oh is the Wiz himself, but don't tell him, he might get a little big headed on us. This one had a bit of everything in it, but it ran you around town a bit like "Bingo" did. I must admit, without D-Jollymon there, I most likely would have posted a DNF here and been begging for a hint. The WP before the final cache kicked my butt. His numbers were right on, my gpsr was putting me about 30 feet up the road. I would like to think I would have eventually found it, but maybe not. Anyway, luck to all of you that try it! Cache on! Dan-Oh!!! I've got to add my kudos to you!!! That one waypoint was a killer!!! I am still shakin' my head in disbelief. You da man! After doing hundreds of 1/1's in the Hanford/Visalia area it was nice to get back to the cruel reality of actual camo. Thanks for getting me back in form.
  4. Say....that's pretty slick!! Gotta love that zoom feature!!! hehe
  5. That danged ol' Flag Man caught onto me right away and made the suggestion that I should get back to work on the graphic design rather than wasting my time eating a bag of Kisses. Harmon, Now we know how the heck you are up at 03:50 AM? (sugar rush) edit: After posting I see the clocks are and hour behind...but still. 02:50 AM??? amazing
  6. That's the family cabin at Bemidji Minnesota, the first city on the mighty Mississippi. Our cabin is on Lake Marquette, just south of Bemidji. Cool...I grew up on the plains near Mankato, MN and went to College up in the woods near Duluth, MN. Family has a cabin on WhiteFish Lake chain near CrossLake, MN.....ya betcha. Since we're talking Minnesotian I might as well include that I am from Ely, MN and will be visting the ol' stomping ground on Friday. My girl and I will be giving blood to the local mosquito population until the 12th so if you have any TB's that want to go to the Midwest drop me a line!
  7. COOL! Are you gonna give any subtile location hints like the Magellan contest...??? ~Jess ahhhhh....does Jess need some hints???

  12. This handsome Leopard Lizard, uber predator of the local backcountry, was spotted on the Pushawalla trail Saturday morning. He/she might know something about 2K but isn't saying ... -Gecko Dad Hey Gecko Dad...I spotted this guy on a MTRP hike. What kind is it???

  19. I've been having the same problem. I dropped them an e-mail Sunday afternoon (5/22/05) and received the following prompt reply from their "webmaster".... "The problem is here. Our server got moved, but the ISP is now a week late getting broadband installed. Sorry! -jjf" Thanks!! I just got that reply too. Hope it gets fixed soon.
  20. USA Photo Maps is a good program. It also let's you import a GPX file! Otherwise Google Maps had an aerial satellite option. Just type in any address and hit enter then click on satellite in the upper right. It is very easy to use! I've tried the Google Maps satellite but it doesn't show the placement of lat/long. Does the USA?
  21. Has anyone else had trouble getting aerial maps from www.lostoutdoors.com in the past few weeks? Is there another site I can acquire them from?
