I am still having this problem.

I deleted the app and reinstalled it. So far, so good. Thanks for everyone’s assistance. This glitch has never happened to me.

I have an iPhone 7. iOS is 14.0.1. Not sure where to see geocaching app version, but updates have been done regularly. I was using it yesterday morning and it all of a sudden wouldn’t open. As I said, I get green screen for a second or so and then it goes to my phone screen.

No answers. It is very annoying.

My app hasn’t worked since yesterday morning. I try to open and the green opening appears for a second and then disappears. Thought I needed to update my iOS. Did that tonight but it’s still not working. I have reset my phone too. What else should I do?

Why aren't they even notifying us that they are aware and working on this? Grrrrr....

My premium membership renewed last night. I received an email saying the renewal was successful. However, I am not allowed to view premium geocaches. Please fix!!!

I am not getting graphics either. I haven't tried the maps yet. Everything seems very slow, too. Windows XP IE8

Still having this problem

When I search for New York caches and get the result as the list, with newest ones first, I usually look at the actual cache page of a few of them. As of the last couple of days (since last 'fix'?), after I look at a cache page and I hit the back button, I have to refresh the page before result list appears again. IE8-XP

I checked the error message when the search result page did not display. It said HTML Parsing Error-Unable to modify the parent container element before the child element is closed (KB927917) Doesn't mean anything to me but maybe the powers to be can fix this issue.

I am using IE8 and having all the same problems, both at work and home. I am getting sick of seeing Operation Aborted!!

Also, if I can finally get a cache page open-I try to get a listing of nearby caches, too. I can't get that list to come up either-operation aborted. If I try to get a map---I get nothing most of the time.

When I search by State (not state page). The operation is usually aborted. I retry and then I usually can see the first page.
