BOO HISS on Groundspeak caring more about non-geocachers than they do the geo-members that pay their salaries!!!!! This response to one complainer is obsurd.

I would like to request that the "Search for a Cache by Cache Name" be enhanced by adding the option to select the state (or country) to search in. This would reduce the search results and make the cache being searched for easier to find. For example... If you type in "Hanging Around" as the cache name you will get back (as of this writing) the seach results of 644 caches on 33 pages! Nothing personal, but if the cache I am looking for is in Texas, I don't really care about the caches with the same name in Ohio or New York or Australia. Adding the state/country option would certainly make things easier to find.
