If you go on Facebook on the N W Caching page you might well get some people to adopt some or all of them-not many of the locals are on here.

You still own the tb numbers, if you are sure they are gone you can re-use the number in any way you like .

You might be best off trying the South Yorkshire Cachers Facebook page

You could try contacting Meltdiceberg or Paperballpark who are both in the Glossop area, they might be able to help or pass you on to someone else. Might be worth waiting till Friday to contact Paperballpark as hes a bit busy at present. Good luck

Are there any events coming up near where you live? Could you drop them in at one of those? or is there a local cacher that's going to the North Wales Mega in a few weeks who could help you by collecting them and taking them to the mega? Or Piratemania? Hope you are feeling better now. I'm up nr Manchester if I can help at all.

We did the Avon ring a few years ago and got quite a few caches on the way, there were 5 adults and one 10 yr old and it took us a week, but we did get a move on. Right- first apologies for the delays, had a bit of trouble in the real world that needed sorting. Back to the quiz. The answer I was looking for was Land Rover -the model being what is now the Defender. The second part I was looking for was "Maurice Wilks tested a prototype for what has become one of the world's most successful off-road utility vehicles in fields at Red Wharf Bay just across the road from Ysgol Dwyran. As an inventive engineer Mr Wilks thought he could come up with a better vehicle for farmers, combining the qualities of a car with those of a tractor. He drew a sketch of his ideal all-terrain vehicle in the sands of Red Wharf Bay and the Land Rover was conceived." I now need clarification on who I award the Ding to- Simply Paul for being first to name Land Rover ...or Pajaholic for a more detailed explanation of the process, but without actually mentioning Red Wharf Bay or drawing in the sand (but almost everything else about the creation!)
