  1. is the one on the right a Moun10bike? that looks just like a picture I took of one in a nice protective case in the blistering heat.
  2. But it's not the end of the world, it's the end of this long cycle. the mayan calendar was all about a long cycle rebirth where the world would 'change', not end. I do like the use of multiple languages of twelve however.
  3. a lot of the vendors just took the same coins they had made previously and changed the words to match this GW. I can see why they did that, but it made my decision about purchasing one or not very simple.
  4. I like that even better. API isn't needed at that point because macros can be written to search those fields VERY easily.
  5. well, Florida is still a bit too far away for me to go, and I'm in Arkansas, so I understand. Wasn't able to get that square, but we literally stumbled upon a chiseled square that isn't in the NGS database at all at the base of the 2nd street bridge that connects downtown Louisville to Clarksville, IN.
  6. I got the event coin, the volunteer event coin, the commemorative GWI coin, the 10 years of GW coin, and traded for a couple of coins, and bought one of the phases of the moon coin. I also had a Warrior coin gifted to me, and a coin that had been adopted over to me a few years ago that was in SWEDEN handed to me personally to complete it's mission.
  7. The box of info when you click on an cache icon on the google maps seems to be graphically broken. Also, can someone tell me where the choice of default maps can be made? I'm looking in my settings and not finding it. Never mind. Found it. I have my tab on the left closed by default.
  8. I've been looking for a way to look for high found caches since the API doesn't list the number of finds, so this helps some actually.
  9. Also, the cake is a lie, but don't tell anyone I told you.
  10. For those of you that have not seen the intro app, all it does it list three 'beginner' traditional caches that are near your current position, and allow you to go hunt one. Not sure if it allows logs, but at least let's you try a restricted version of the main app.
  11. I'm not sure what this is. Can you explain or post a screen shot? You just made a lot of non-Firefox users happy. Too bad I don't and don't plan on ever using facebook. Can we still use the old form? I'm still not sold on the new one quite yet. Quick update however. nicely done.
  12. there are a few challenge caches that require you to have found caches that have over X number of finds. GSAK can in fact pull down the number of logs, but it has to well, pull down ALL of the logs. Is it possible the API can be modified in a later update to include a field for 'Number of Found Logs' to make sorting by frequently found caches easier? Thanks.
  13. Thank you! That actually makes a lot of sense to me.
  14. It does save the game, but for some reason won't upload as complete. Can you explain teh completion code piece a bit? I never really understood where I can set that, but then I think it's individual to the cacher name, and then there might be a 1 digit off issue? The item I get. The description part I get, just not sure how to define the code. Thanks for the reply.
  15. So I built my first Wherigo cartridge and deployed it out with the geocache, and it works. (yay!) However, when the cartridge reaches the final zone where the geocache is hidden, I have the cartidge among other things set the cartridge complete variable as true. I'm using urwigo by the way. I've had someone try to upload from the iphone player the save game to log it as complete on Wherigo.com but it keeps saying that the cartridge doesn't show it is completed. Is there someone out there more knowledgeable than I on these cartridges help me see what I forgot to do? Also, the person wanted to know how you even save the cartridge in the iphone player....as the only command button he saw was 'quit' Thanks!
  16. Was just curious to see if I could meet any of you guys or not...plus there's a chiseled square really close that looks really intriguing.
  17. yay, the south central arkansas trip I took finally got in place. Thanks!
  18. I would be. I need to start using my GSAK for my benchmarks. Logging the 200+ that I've found at this point that I didn't log in GSAK before now is going to be a pain.
  19. Awesome. Can't wait to finally meet you, and some of the other coiners here on the forums. A small group from Fort Smith are all going to work the trackable exchanged area for a shift (gotta do my volunteering time you know!), but the rest of the time, I plan to go meet lots of people. Need to see if I can get a hatband for my hat embroidered with a TB number. *puts that on his to-do list for May*
  20. Can you hold one for me? and are you going to be at GWX? And would you hold it for me there to pick up from you?
  21. Thanks! I'll see what pops up in my neck of the woods.
  22. Hey guys, I love finding the older marks in the area. Can someone tell me how you are finding these (publication?) and whether or not it dipped down to Arkansas/Oklahoma? I know of a mag station line that has been very hard to find any of them (we've found 1 with a ton more MIA at this point) but not much else. thanks!
  23. ok thanks for confirming. I just wanted to make sure since I never got back to your site if it had finished before it went pfft on my end. Had to complete the set.
  24. Hey E&C, I just ordered 1 of the Nickle coins and when I tried to return to your webpage, paypal decided to crash or something. Can you check to see that a. The order went through, and b. It went through only once?
