  1. It will be the highest and farthest trackable, I ( and I think for most other people ) ever will log
  2. Thanks Hans. I use the standard option in GSAK and that's fine for me. It's just strange, that HQ slims down the GSAK option(s) and encourage the new lists text-option ( which is almost the same ). While nobody uses text-based cache lists.
  3. I really don't know why HQ created this option, while HQ doesn't supply us with a option/tool to create a list with gc-codes in text form. Does HQ want us to send the cache-files as text to each other? What strategy HQ uses ( if any ? ) for the use of 'Lists', I don't know. But why not use the same for the Ignore-List? All the other lists have extra functions, but the Ignore-List has just 2 options: Add or Delete. You can delete a selection ( = bulk ) from the list, but add only one cache a time. Is there a HQ strategy: HQ doesn't like if members Ignore caches?
  4. I tried it several times, but the filter-"Reset" button clears/resets everything, but not the selected date-filter! The date-filter doesn't return to "Any date". When selecting 1/Jan/2020 till 12/Feb/2020 and hitting the "Done" button and then returning to your filter, the first date jumped to 31/Dec/2019 ( so not the selected date ).
  5. Why needs the new map more CPU activity ( or is my laptop at fault ) ? I'm using Windows 10 and FireFox & Chrome, all newest versions/updates. For a test, I have in FireFox 3 tabs open, one with nothing ( empty ), one with the old map and in the last tab the new map. When showing the empty tab, the cpu is steady +/- 2% ( I have all other windows closed, except Task-Manager ). After switching ( just a mouse click ) to the old map, the cpu ( & wifi ) 'jumps' up a bit, but both slow down after a few seconds. When switching to the last tab ( with the new map ), the cpu goes to +/- 20% and stays there. When switching back to the empty FireFox tab, the cpu goes down to +/- 2% again The same thing happens in Chrome, but the max. cpu load is lower ( 2% to a steady 8%, in the new map ). Of course there are more Windows processes active, but these stay the same when switching between tabs. Adding the same cpu percentage to the cpu-total for each tab. So the difference between the old and the new map, is in FireFox about ( 20 - 2 = ) 18% more cpu load. Oké, the data in the new map needs to be loaded and displayed on the screen, but after that, there's nothing to be computed. The map is static, because you need to click on "Search this area" to reload caches and displaying them, so there's nothing to do for the cpu. So why the high cpu-load? When using a laptop or desktop, this ( higher cpu level ) is not a big problem. But why is there such a difference between the old and new map and what happens when using a mobile phone or tablet? A higher cpu load, is a bigger load on the battery. See small Wi-Fi activity window for when switching between tabs.
  6. Tested > The button is back again and...........it works Thanks, Moun10Bike.
  7. I’m sorry. English is NOT my native language, so please use plain 'text'. So, you also don’t have a decrypt-button? Oke, simple text. I understand. Thanks for the messages. So this is a Bug, which I'm trying to report. This thread/log is about: Decrypt option/button is disappeared on printing-page.
  8. There is nothing on the right! The whole decrypt-button is gone. No more text than this:
  9. On the main page of a cache, if a hint is available, there should be a "(Decrypt)"-button, which allows you to read the decrypted hint. But on the printing page of the same cache ( via the "No Logs", "5 Logs" or "10 Logs" buttons ), the decrypt-button is gone. Yesterday the button was still available, but today it's gone. No decrypt-button:
  10. To make it easier: When was the last good backup made?
  11. ....... ... no response after 20 seconds ... no response after 40 seconds ... no response after 20 seconds ....... I want to update some caches, for the holiday abroad. I'm trying now for some day's, but I think it takes weeks ( a whole holiday? ) before all caches are up to date.
