i've just discovered probably ages after everyone else about googlemap street level photographs on google maps these can be seen by zooming in on a road on google maps doesnt work for everywhere but most places. i had heard of it before but it hadnt occurred to me to use it, you can check cache and dash sites ? check where people say to park is going to be big enough for your car ? just a quick thought , have a look it might help Alistair

who has the most caches ? cause 8000 seems like a helluva lot not to only just make it into the top 125 :S

hey there guys and gals looking for some advice if i may i currently have the etrex venture (the old green sparkly one (hmm why is it sparkly!?)) and i am thinking of upgrading to the gpsmap 60 cx because ive read in a few places the quadra-helix antenna is better in trees and cover (i was caching and my venture just said no, lol.) so is the 60cx better than say the equivalent etrex version , because on paper they roughly do the same thing just difference in weight and size. or is maggellan better !?!?! arrrghhhhhh so many choices many thanks Alistair

new to caching and didnt realise all the "politics" that came with it . such numpties . anyways cant you guys make your caches virtual caches for the time being so at least your map wont be so bare ??? keep fighting the good fight i almost pitty the destroyers of these caches when you lot get your hands on them lol
