  1. Oh good! I was watching for this coin ever since we bid on the silver one offered for a TnT benefit auction. I'm glad we could get one of the regular metals and I'm glad we helped boost the price of the auctioned one. Thank you on behalf of Tiger, Tinkle, Maggie, Rusty........ Mrs. Car54
  2. Dorkfish, I love your rainbow bridge coin and my family lives in Oregon, so I'm bidding on that one. If nothing else, we'll ensure that coin generates some $ for TnT. They are, of course, still in our prayers. Rochelle of Car54
  3. Oh dear!!! I haven't been in the forums during this busy time of year, but we will certainly begin praying for Tank, Tracy and family. While we haven't met them, I have had a nice e-mail exchange with Tracy about their quilt series of coins. My heart aches for her. Rochelle, aka Mrs. Car54
  4. Welcome to the forum! Your idea sounds intriguing! I agree with 2qwerqe and also with sixdog (can't believe that! ) - there is no way to ensure that some cachers won't just freeeway hop to pick up the individual caches. Having said that, one idea is to name each cache sequentially in the order you would like them to be found, such as Architectural Tour #1 - *name of proposed building at this stop", Architectural Tour #2 - "name of proposed building at this stop', etc. That would at least give those of us who are after more than the smiley (although we want the smiley, too) an easy way to follow the path you design. It would also be nice if you bookmarked the whole series so all the caches could be downloaded in one file. We don't get down your way too often, but we have camped at Harmonie SP before and just need a good reason, like a cool cache series, to make a return trip. Count us among those who would find the theme interesting. Good luck with your idea! Mrs. Car54
  5. Still waiting for our coins in Indiana - 6 weeks now since they were shipped.
  6. Still no coins here in Indiana.
  7. We did! We went to Shakamak for our last campout of the season and picked up 7 more counties for the 92-county challenge. We just returned from a vacation in Oregon where we made the required pilgimage to the original stash and logged another state on our earthcache finds. All in all, it's been a good couple of weeks for us. Sadly, it's now too dark to do any caching on the weekdays. Gotta fit too much stuff in on the weekends, though. Sigh. Mrs. Car54
  8. We have received our requested refund through paypal. Thank you to ChunkyNL for responding promptly and we wish you success in getting your coin minted. Car54
  9. We got our coins today also and they are stunning! The print is so clear, including on the sides. Beautiful set!!!
  10. E-mail sent to seller - please cancel our reservation and refund what has been paid.
  11. Oh man! That sounds like a great time and we enjoy camping at that park. But we're flying out west that day for a week's visit with family. I think it's wonderful how many of the IN state parks are welcoming geocaching! Mrs. Car54
  12. We just e-mailed our request for 1 gold coin. It's a beautiful coin and we agree wholeheartedly with the message on the front! Car54
  13. Woo hoo - got a gold one! Mrs. Car54
  14. Very nice looking coin - glad we got one!
  15. Yippee! Someone finally did it and posted an Indiana Delorme challenge cache. The listing - GC14PRK - mentions a 92-county challenge as well. I've heard of that one before, but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone have the waypoint? So, any bets on the FTF for the Delorme challenge? I'll bet it won't be us! Mrs. Car54
  16. We e-mailed for a set. They look great! One grammatical thing I noticed on the silver coin. "shepherd" is singular, but the next line says "led them", plural. Nit-picky, I know - forgive me. Mrs. Car54 (edited because Mrs. grammarian couldn't spell shepherd correctly )
  17. With this general of a plea, the best help I can give is to keep in mind what you are looking for.... That is, you are looking for coordinates. Furthermore, you know that the coords are within 2mi of posted coords. This mean that you should have a pretty good idea what the first few digits of the cache are + or - a minute. Now, go forth and solve.... joe
  18. Oh wow; oh wow; oh WOW! Got our coin today and it is great! Most definitely worth the wait. I had myself confused because I didn't get a shipping notice and I thought maybe I'd been overlooked. However, the more I think about it, I'll bet the shipping notice is sitting in Mr. Car54's in-box 'cause his e-mail addy is the one we use for paypal. Anyway, WAY cool coin! Thanks! Mrs. Car54
  19. We paid on April 28th, but haven't received our shipping notice or our coin yet. Any ETA info? Mrs. Car54
  20. We'd like to thank the DNR employee manning the campground check-in booth for allowing us to drive around the campground and jot down site numbers that would interest us. We didn't have much time to cache on picnic day, but we are definitely planning a camping trip here. It looks like a nice park with great trails and we are looking forward to hiking and caching with our 2 geodogs when we return. Thanks for all the work involved in preparing this event!
