I've got a pair of KSO's and I wear them at work in the hospital and out on the trail. I have found the rocks on trails can be difficult, but I am planning to get a pair of the KSO TrekSports and hope the thicker sole helps.

Thanks! I will have to look into that when I go. Looks like I will be bringing the GPS with me, much to the chagrin of the purists out there who think the camino should be free of technology.

Forgive me, my spanish is not very good, so I will try this in english. I will be walking the Camino de Santiago de Compostela in April 2010. I will be taking the Camino Frances route. I was considering taking my GPS and doing some geocaching along the way. If any of you are familiar with the Camino Frances route, are there a lot of geocaches along the way? Feel free to PM me with any thoughts. Again, my apologies for writing in english.
