Yes, I had the very same problem today. I ended up using the old form to list the cache and it went through the first time.

 

Where can I find this old form?

I am trying to publish a cache, but I cannot seem to get past the "pick a size" page. No matter what size I pick, the page errors out and tells me I need to select a cache size in order to continue (even though I did).

 

Anyone else having this problem?
