  1. Quite a deal..it's amazing what amuses geocachers...isn't it?
  2. I did have a cacher & wife find a pair of boxers in one of my caches that said CACHE THIS on them..I didn't put them there..hmmm
  3. last summer we had a geo-vacation of Colorado, Utah, & New Mexico....had a super time!!

My wife fell and broke her leg at the ankle while we were out on a geo-expedition in Phoenix...we found the cache at the top and we were almost at the bottom (Make Out Mountain)..we spent the afternoon in an emergency room and she spent the next day in the motel..btw she sent me out caching as long as I would check up on her every so often. After she healed she was back out cachin' with me...
  5. we have a couple of active cachers in our area with the geo-name geonudists..I have yet to see them out there caching au natural..

  9. I had my pager/and or cellphone..I had them both on..set off a store sensor recently on the way in & out..they looked at me and said that it was pretty common..and didn't even walk over to check me..
  10. I visited mine a while back to find a log from a park ranger..he said that he didn't know that it was there but wasn't going to remove it and left some brochures on the park..

  14. yalls present is at the end of the trail (while watching the deer and the beautiful fall leaves falling and listening to the rippling brook) then off into the bushes til it says "zero"
  15. and what about the tupperware and rubbermaid shaving in the little varmits bellies..that's probably not to good on them..I've seen numerous containers out there with teeth marks and more..
  16. ..actually my younger brother drew this one for me..but it was a single-engine..a little cut-n-paste made it what it is today and I use it on my business cards..
  17. I really prefer an ammobox myself but the jug works well..and I can usually find them at garage sales for 25 to 50 cents where an ammobox..the smaller ones run $3.95 here and up. They just make a cheap container..of course if you buy them new they'll probably cost as much or more than an ammobox.
  18. Half gallon Coleman Jugs stand up well..and stay dry mostly ..I try to seal the plug..they are big enough to hold reasonable stuff and too big for smaller animals to haul off and difficult to chew on ..paint doesn't stay on real well but reasonable.

  21. Winkie's last log: We found Winkie burned to death in a terrible act of geocaching vandalism in the AEX cache. All we found was the blacked travel bug tag. What a sad end for the well-traveled bug. Jim & Deb
