I had sent my mission just days before the strike and was lucky to get through.
I believe you are referring to Laval K-9 not receiving their Mission yet. The "thing" about that is that when the person signed up to join, they requested to be matched with someone in Canada. I did that for them. Meaning, Laval K-9's (not-yet-received) Mission is from someone who IS in Canada.

I have been on a vacation to Colorado Springs for a hedgehog convention. And, of course, cached there and back!!!
