I received a gift: 4/14/2025Thank you Lady Bee 44. What a neat coin. Never seen anything like it. I hope you have a wonderful Easter as well. Maybe I'll see you at the Halloween Mission. Us Bee folks have to stay together.
Is the coin a Netsuke Maple Leaf?

Thank you! I know I can retrieve the code but I think it looks cheesy to have a handwritten piece of paper. The activation cards look nice. My collection is small and not selling them but one day I'll probably have to and they would look nicer with a professional card. Mine are all unactivated.
If you want to do a not-so-small project... You can check into the manufacturer of the coins and make your own cards. If you find out the manufacturer, you may ask around to see if anyone has cards from that manufacturer. Then scan the card into your computer, use an editing program to change to the correct code and print it.

The coins I got from Geocaching Shop all had the cards with the Activation Code.

I hope I am speaking for more than just myself....
When you post that you received your Mission, it would be nice if you add who your Secret Easter Bunny is.

I just received some trackable tags from one of the shops in Washington (not SG) today and they have cards with codes.
My most recent coins from the subscription club that ships from Michigan does not have cards or codes.
There is a shipment from Geocaching Shop due tomorrow. I'll put a note in here about them.

THANK YOU, CLAIRE!!!

I've purchased coins on ebay and from private collectors. And many from GC sponsored shops. Some have had the card with the coin and some don't. If the coins go through several sales or trades, the cards with the activation codes may be lost along the way. There are even some that have a ''manufacturer's'' card, but there is no activation code on it.
-
On that page, under what you posted above is a hyperlink that says ''Retrieve your activation code'' where you can get that code.

I've been looking forward to this!!!

OOOPS... I posted the wrong link.

Try this... Geocaching > Adopt a Listing

If you know the approximate time frame, you could look through your Finds list to get an idea which cache you put it in.
I also think it would be good to contact the TB owner. Although, I'm not sure if marking the TB as missing will remove it from your inventory.

I am very sad and disappointed to have to say that as of today, my post office is still not accepting packages that are going to Canada.
Sorry to all the Mission senders and receivers who are impacted by this.

A little taste of reality, courtesy of my local USPS.
I went to mail a simple letter/path tag to Saskatoon today. I was told that USPS is still not accepting mail bound for Canada. The rep told me that Canadian Workers were "ordered" back to work. No real settlement. Imagine how you would feel if you were ordered to do something outside the military. Would you be 100% productive? Probably not.
So, with back logs already in place, still disgruntled workers doing the least that they can. I would not expect mail to move with any urgency, any time soon.
Yes, the strike is technically over, but without a true settlement in place, things will continue to move slowly.
Happy Holidays!!!
I commented earlier saying that I hoped the postal workers wouldn't take things out on the customers.

The Canada Post strike has ended.
Canada Post will begin accepting mail and parcels on December 19th.
Canada Post has announced that striking workers will report back to work on Tuesday, December 17th.
The first order of business will be to get mail already in the system moving towards their destinations.
Canada Post will begin picking up and receiving new items on Thursday, December 19th.
It appears they were ordered to end the strike. I hope they do their jobs properly and don't take their frustrations out on the customers.

Activation code question
in Trackables
Posted
Sadly, some of the companies are no longer in business. And, if the coins are older, a company may not have the Activation Code cards for coins that are no longer in production. Although, they can likely provide you with the Activation Code itself.
