I think there should be a possibility for every cacher to set up his own format of notification subject and body. And of course to choose whether to use html or not. The formating could be made in the form of a string.. For example subject format string could look something like "Log: %cachename% (%cachetype%) - %loggername% logged %logtype% on %logdate%". It is something that would probably not be used by all geocachers, but to those who have the power of mind to handle this, it would be gold.
