I would be more affraid of somebody with 0 findes and a few days old to geocaching coming in here saying they are making a coin and then taking off with our money. How would we ever find them, "throw the book at them", and then get our money back? I also think you should have findes before making a coin, I mean what the hell do you know about geocaching if you 1. just joined and 2. never found anything to see what's it's like. I will have to think about this coin now.

Updated the list agin today. Still looking for the above coins plus any other coins or coins in metals I don't have. And yes I changed my name back because my kids wanted their own account, I finally gave in and so my account is now MINE again!

When I was young and living in Wichita Kansas, my mom would get me up REALLY early to go to the Hot Air Ballon Festival they had once a year at River Fest Time. I think they still do it, but anyway, It would be dark when we got there and chilly too. I remember the sounds of the balloons getting ready and the heat that came off them to warm me up. I dreamed of taking a ride in one of those balloons one day and I am still dreaming of it. It was a amazing thing to me then. I will have to get one of these when they are ready. Great coin!

We are a Scout family and very proud to be. My sons new coin will reflect that when it comes out at GW4. I will be buying several of these for my boys in the Wolf den.

The dollar section at Target is a good place also. I got a bunch of tools and outdoor things there for swag and for my personal caches. You can also find things on ebay in lots that may interest you. I would also suggest getting or making a sig item.

I have been a member since they started and enjoy the coins. I get 5 a month and normaly have them traded before they get here.

I am making a Texas Micro right now and find it silly to have have two Texas Micros. Then again nobody can stop you and I have no say in what you decide. So if there are two Texas Micros no big deal and if TXGA does one, then there will be three. I do feel you should respect other peoples wishes about their state coin before making it, even if it's not "offical".

I also paid two times the shipping. I ordered one of each and was charged 5 bucks to ship two coins. It says you offer a discount, but it did not offer it.

It was going to be the 1st annual Geocoin Convention at GW4 and a coin in in the works for it to anwser your question, but since Nielsic says it's his idea and people wanting it in Vegas, I don't know now what to do. Edit: Took out content and adding that Will (9Key) will be handling this from here.

We are having one at GW4, I am heading it up and we are having a coin made for the first annual event. This was talked about in an earlier thread with details. A search may find it.

The company that I use has the best shipping method I have EVER seen. They are not coins just thrown into a priority box. They put the coins in seperate labeled boxes and then put those into another bigger box togather. Then there is tie straps around that box. I also love the fact it's overnight delivery from Fed-Ex. I am not wanting to join in here, I did think that the email should be known about so I posted it. There is always to sides to every story and when KV Coins is able to post here then I am sure we will hear the other side. Until then I think the coin does look good and I can not wait to get mine once everything is figured out.

I have never used them, I backed out and let them have my money because of the lack of customer service. It was taking weeks for them to answer my emails so I switched companys. I do have friends that have and I was forwarded this email from one of them:

I think that Atlantagal may be thinking what I am, that the V.1 2006 may be more collectable now that the V.1a will be the "normal" coin. Now I will have to order the "new" USA 2006 coin.
