This sounds like a good set but it would get more finds if you published each one seperately with the first being traditional and the rest being mystery. That way you get a find for each which is more incentive to look for it and makes it more fun to me. You find the first and get the coords to the next. This sounds like it would take multiple trips to do so adding finds is better. Not to mention all those spots taken where you cant hide any other caches limits the possibilites of having greater numbers of caches in that area. Just my 0.02..

Why not log it? It adds the number and, more importantly, it takes it out of your list of caches that you havent found so it doesnt pop up in your pocket queries or in your closest to home list. You could always add it to the ignore list but why would you? The main thing is dont log it as FTF.

Im a geocaching LEO and have told as many of my coworkers about it as I can. I have even had them call me because someone that looked "suspicious" said they were caching to ask if I knew of a cache hidden in that area to which I replied I'm not sure..ask them what their usernames are..

I am from Montgomery and I love the ones in the woods. I am trying to get up to the Bham area in the very near future for some geocaching in the area. Any recommended caches up there?

Easy answer, you live in Texas so I would assume most of your caching would be there in TX so carry a gun. ;x Snakes will usually take off when they hear you coming so when you have kids with you I imagine theyll be heard. Mainly water moccasins will actually show aggression and that is when they are guarding a nest. I have only ran into one snake so far and he was sitting at GZ but he took off pretty quick and I made the find.
