  1. Item withdrawn, I'm donating the bundle. Admins: please close thread.
  2. I received no PM or did you send e-mail? What was your question? Edit: I check my e-mail and there you were.... I sent you a reply. I sent you a PM last week as well, but I have not heard anything back. Did that message also get "lost"? I don't see any PM - PM is private message - E-mail is totally different.

  4. I'm looking for a price of 110.00 USD plus Shipping. Here are photos of the device as of today 2007/06/14
  5. You will need a serial driver for the Palm. Serial to USB Driver
  6. I have the following paperless geocaching bundle for sale: Palm Tungsten T3: w/ 512mb SD Card Rhino Leather Case - w/o Post 2 x Cradles Review TT3 Bluetooth GPS: Haicom HI-401BT The HI-401BT uses a common Nokia Battery that you can get at local stores for spare - I have never ran out of juice while geocaching, but I do charge it between caches Haicom HI-303S Software: TomTom Navigator 6.010 [registered to the device] With USA/Canada Map You will not be able to upgrade the software nor reinstall it - keep good backups. I turn my waypoints into to TomTom POI file so when I drive I can easily navigate to the waypoint then use Cachemate's CacheNav to find the waypoint. Cachmate w/ Cachenav (trail version - you will have to buy it - can't transfer it) Cetus GPS Recommendation for other software for PC to use with GeoCaching: POI Edit Google Earth I have replaced my Palm with a Treo700p with Holux GPS Slim, so I no longer use the T3 and GPS. Please PM/e-Mail if you are interested. Reasonable offers only! Only post replies to ask question or to notify me of PM/e-Mail offer. Act quickly this a gem of an offer. Good luck.
  7. I need an entry level stand alone GPS for the local boyscout troupe, but we have limited funds. I was hoping someone might want a Sony RM-AV3100 Intergrate Remote Control. It is great/excellent shape, the lcd has no scratches. I have original manual, and willing to help with setting it up, if you get confused. You can read a great review on it at Remote Central We are looking for an entry level device that can hold at minimum 100 waypoints, and can log routes in/out. A bonus would be if it had cable, software, and case. The boys and I would be forever grateful. Checking Amazon.com for pricing it is selling for $109.00, I know it doesn't matter, but I paid much more than that for it. I'm sure you can get it elsewhere for under 100.00. So if you have a entry level GPS that we can have and you want a cool remote. Let's talk. Thanks for helping.
  8. What does you .kml or kmv look like. Can you post the code here?
  9. You can also, use .gpx data to make .ov2 files for TomTom Go or TomTom Navigator 5.x Then you can just navigate to the closet cache and then get out on foot and use your GPS to get you within finding distance.
  10. What are you asking is the E2 compatible with BT-338 or is the BT-338 compatible with TomTom? The answer is yes the e2 is compatible with BT-338 - be sure to make it a trusted device on the palm (i.e. pair the device). TomTom you select "other bluettoh GPS" it will search for signal and then connect. Good luck.
  11. I have used the BT-338 with the Palm Tungsten T3 - you are better off with a rugged handhelp gps unit - as us southerners know know Georgia/Florida Style Caching you will drop the palm. I use the palm to get me with in walking distance via Jeep then we using a Meridian Gold to get us to the cache. P.S. standard pocket compass is nice to have as well. I do paperless chaching.
  12. I would love it, I have a one with a good screen but fried guts. With the two I can have a working model. I will be bidding on it. Thanks P.S. Anything included with it the GPS, i.e. data cable?
  13. Yes, Cachemate does create a backup. Cachemate does back up, but I didn't hotsync ....I know I know... When I restored from SD Card I only had 24 out of 31 Look I'm new to this and learning. I love the ability to watch a movie, store contacts, store appointments, read a book, play games, and geo cache all from one device. I call that economic. It might not be convential to those hard core "Ole" Cachers, but why have all those devices when you can have one! Either way we both enjoy the sport, right!
  14. I lost all of my found caches in CacheMate, so I'm trying to pull down an .gpx of my found caches. No matter what query I run I only get some of them. How do I get all my found caches. Parameters I Have Found States: I included all the states California, Georgia, South Carolina and Florida Radius 50000 miles (just to be sure) I get 24 caches when I check my online log it shows 31. What am I doign wrong?
  15. Does it have mapping capabilities? How much memory? How man waypoints can it hold? Does it have tracking capabilities?
  16. Good point - I was just trying to enlighten them. One legislature has backed out of the bill, maybe others will follow suit? Just let them know you have voice and you vote.

  18. I'd recommend Mapopolis - it has better updated maps and it allows the addition of waypoints. goto to http://www.mapopolis.com They allow demoing of the software and you can download demo maps. I use it with the Palm version. I use mapopolis to get me to the general location, then I use cachemate and cachenav to zero in on the cache. Hope this adds value to your post. scarng
  19. I'm interested in the etrek ventura for my niece and nephew. Please hold until we can discuss payment.
  20. Is this a in store only sell. I can' t find it on Outpost.com (Fry's online store). It is 169.99.
  21. I don't know if this helps out. I have a tungsten t3 and bt-308 gps by Globalsat. Works great: I use mapopolis for navigation by car. I use cachemate for paperless caching I use cachenav for findig the caches on foot I use Compas for fun.
  22. I'm getting it to while trying to email the answer to a virtual cache There is not enough space on the disk.
  23. Are we talking the same mapopolis - I don't see how to use the .mlp on my Mapopolis Navigator 1.31 for the palm ?
  24. I looked in the distribution files for CachMate, I don't see a mapopolis plugin. Here is what I have in the plugin directory: 01/30/2004 07:45 PM 4,202 DistanceCalc.prc 01/30/2004 07:56 PM 593 DistanceCalc.txt 01/25/2004 10:34 AM 3,359 iQueMapping.prc 01/25/2004 02:41 PM 1,539 iQueMapping.txt 01/25/2004 02:14 PM 4,313 NMEAQuery.prc 01/25/2004 02:40 PM 463 NMEAQuery.txt 12/31/2003 11:17 AM 5,926 UTMCoord.prc 01/03/2004 10:43 AM 402 UTMCoord.txt 8 File(s) 20,797 bytes
