  1. D.--- I would like to add one of my caches as a permanent drop for one of your coins. Have a look at GC2G9DC -- Opa's Sudoku Cache and let me know what you think. I forgot , this is an over-sized AmmoBox.
  2. Welcome to the forums. The main trading thread is HERE
  3. If this cacher is so prominent, he or she should know the rules of the community and respect them.
  4. It is against geocaching rules to even impose such a rule on any cache even worse to enforce this rule. There is nothing that can or should stop you from moving all of the coins at the same time out of that cache into other caches. If one of my coins would be in the cache I would commend you for saving it. If the cache owner wants coins to be displayed in his cache, he can purchase and display his own coins there, instead of keeping other peoples property locked in that cache My humble opinion: Go do a good deed and safe the coins and let them go free of such a "prison".
  5. Very nice looking coins and a great reason. I ordered mine.
  6. Well, I have one of these "The Lunenburg County Cachers Geocoins" for trade, but already have the 2010 Wisconsin. Anything else you might have up for trade?
  7. Here is an updated list of the coins I have left. I have sent out emails to the people who have made me an offer. If the coin you had send in an offer for is still on the list, I either did not receive your email or I misplaced your email (Possible, if so, sorry), and you might want to remind me again. The remaining coins are still up for sale if someone is still interested, or for trade. I have listed a comprehensive list of coins including those which are non trackable in the trading list. Thanks to everyone who purchased a coin or two from me. I might add a few other ones to this list in a while, as I will keep thinning out my collection. 8. Here is an updated list of coins for trade. If you see a coin on the list for which you had send me an trade request, I have either not received your email or I have not heard back from you. In either way they are available. I am mostly looking for older coins (pre 2007), or state specific coins for the 50 US states. 12. I had a couple of people ask about the Denmark 2006 coin. Here is the front of it.
  13. I have been thinning my collection and have some coins, I would like to offer for sale here in the forums. Most of them are pre 2008 coins as I slowed down my collecting and trading efforts at that time significantly. Shipping for the first coin in the US is $2.00 plus $0.50 for each additional coin. I can insure the parcels I am sending out but I would request a 50/50 split on the $$ cost for that with the person requesting it. Delivery confirmation will be available for shipments within the US. Foreign sales are $3.50 for the first and $0.75 for each additional coin. (no delivery confirmation or insurance available here) Coins will be packed in a plastic bubble wrap envelope for shipping and should be very safe. Please send me an email with your offer to my trading email at geocointrade at gmail dot com. Please don't send PM through the forums as I rarely check the messages in there. Offers will be accepted until Sunday 2/19. Rules: Highest bidder wins, or if same amount was offered first offer will win. All reasonable offers will be considered based on time and date the emails were received. All of the coins are unactivated and brand new. There are some personal coins listed. In case the person who minted this coin sees a problem with the sale, please let me know and I will remove it from the list and can trade it back to him or her. 14. 1. when, where and what geocoin did you see first? That would have been in 2005, while evacuated from Katrina being in South Texas. First coin I found in a cache was a "World Traveler" coin 2. when and what geocoin did you first buy? In 2006, the 2006 release of the Mississippi Sate coin 3. when did you make your first personal coin? N/A if you haven't yet, why not? In 2007, my OshnDoc - Antarctica coins. 4. when and what did you trade your first geocoin? In 2006 I traded for a CoinsandPins glow in the dark coin from AAron at the Katrina 1 year later event. 5. did you find the forums first or a geocoin first? I think, the forums, if I remember correctly, (it just has been quite a few years)
  15. Now there is a coin I am definitely signing up for. A great place to visit, Moscow has a vast amount of history to see. It has been a while since my last visit - 21 years, but it sure was a trip I will always remember. We stopped in Moscow on our way to Listvyanka at the southern end of Lake Baikal in Siberia.
  16. Are you trying to be part of thee economic stimulus package by supporting the USPS?
  17. This is too bad, as the children are back in school at that time. So it looks like a no go for our team. had hoped for it to be during the summer months when the children are out of school (June or July) to combine this with a trip to visit my mom in Germany. -- I guess we will miss this one. ;(
  18. Anyone has a gold version of these for trade? Since I just visited the Ape cache, I would like to trade for one of the Geowoodstock VIII gold versions. Please send me an email through my caching profile if you have one for trade, or might know one who has one of these. Thank You.
  19. You might want to try CoinsandPins.com when their website comes back online. They have a whole line of military related geocoins.
  20. Very nice looking coin. Looking forward to see images of the samples.
  21. I just talked to C&P on the phone and they said that they are having server maintenance being done and it took a little longer than they expected. They should be up and running sometimes later this afternoon.
  22. Would love to help out. Will take a look at that hoiday sale. One never knows.
  23. I do know USA Geocoins very well, and am very sure that there is a quite normal reason for this delay. I would hold back on posting warnings like yours. They are very honest and normally very fast responding people. I can contact them for you if you like, and am sure this can be resolved quite easily.
