i emailed myself the files and used my mac and a mac poi loader worked fine, dont know why it didnt work on the windows bot

sorry if someone already addressed this everything seems to work fine until i try to load the pois on my nuvi. the loader gives me an error message that it cant copy the data to the data card and the system can't find the file specified. i followed the new instructions so i dont know what the issue is, any help would be appreciated
