I have the geoscout-2 on my htc (at&t tilt) and it works fine. the first version was good too but geoscout-2 is even better i can do it all get caches on the go update logs find the cache and log it all from my phone and in some cases where my gps map60csx was having troubles i ended up finding with the phone.not sure if its just your model of phone or maybe the version of geoscout you had? i have to admit it takes a lil bit of learning to get it but i am not very good at all with hightech stuff and figuerd most of it out.they have a manual to download and its very helpfull.i learn a lil more every time i use it.i really like the feature when on the map page it will go out and find the closest caches and you can say how many you want it to get.great if you travel about.and if there is anything you cant figuer out the support is great just e-mail and they respond pretty quickly. maybe you should give it another try?NavStation Support <support@navstation.co.uk> if you have any trouble or questions just give tham a shout

for less then $100 bucks and probably closer to $80 bucks i would buy the city streets maps or i thing they are called city navigator you wont regret it they work great plus you have all the pionts of intrest and such.example just last week was driving late at nite and was starting to get low on fuel sign before exit said 24hrs but they where closed.hit the find gas and bamb 8 miles further TA truck stop it was a big commfort to me at 1:30 am no need to update every year i plan on updating every 2 or 3 years you can also check on e-bay or amazon

you should check out geoscout 2 it is awsome and very user freindly

there is something else you need on your phone for it to work wish i could remember what it is.net or frame 2.0 somthing. look thru the other post about phones or paperless caching you might find it. its a free down load from windows mobile. wish i could be of more help

i wish i could figure out how to get geo scout to put the cordinates in when i down load off the site with my phone. puts all the info there except the cordinates

hi can anyone help me with the use of goescout? 1, whats the best way to get the cache info into geoscout. 2, i tried doing the web thing on there it downloaded 20 caches in my area but no cordinates? i have a trial version and think i would like to get it but i cant figure some things out namely 1,and 2,and have not been able to find documentation on how to use the features of the program but i was able to get a lot futher on my own with geoscout then cashmate.

i need help i just got cachemate for my phone (windows pocket pc ) and have no clue how to use it. it is a free trial version .any one know where i can get detailed insructions on how to use it?i have a free membership to geocaching for now and plan to upgrade in the future. but i really have no clue how to use this sorry i need the quick start for idiots!!

opps can you tell i am new too this ? any way my brother visiting for the holidays got me hooked in just 4 caches! so i have been doing my research and have come to like the pn 40. BUT i am not one that likes to wait for things so how about it chip hit me up with a e mail and get me into the beta testing. i am a geocaching and gps virgin! if i can figuer this out anyone can and what a better way to convince the unbelievers!!! any way chip help convince me to get one now while i have the money instead of waiting to see if all you promiss actually happens. team cowboypapa i like your style!!!!! i hope you will rope me in and take me under your wing if i get one of the pn 40's i may need some help.
