Yes, I had problems receiving notification of two cache find loggers on the 1/24/2010 and have since spoken with two other cachers from different households that are experiencing the same problems on different dates.

Of course we do when it's raining, we live in the PNW. We go in ice and snow and darkness and have been in an electric storm and when we have a wind storm. We do stay out of the trees in a windstorm however.
