  1. Very cool...Congratulations!!! Love the pic! Way to go Dave Way to go, keep on caching. Quite an accomplishment Dave. And I know there are many more to come.
  2. Hmmm...wondering what I did to end up here? You ever notice that whenever he gets himself into a hole, ol' Harmon grabs a shovel and starts digging? But wait, there's more ... What did I do? Denice hasn't seen the "ol" comment yet...Wonder if Jodi has seen it yet? LLOT I thought you were discovering you're inner Renaissance with the blacksmith course. As far as Jim, I have no idea....
  3. YAY Fat Cats!!!! Now to do Route 66. Does this mean I'm off "ICE/CALL" Congrats lots of hard work and great stories for this adventure.
  4. Robyn, You have been such a faithful follower of the Sandy Creek Cowboy caches. Through you so many others have had the fun and pleasure of those crazy hides. Good to mention that the dirt roads are suitable for a Buick Roadmaster ... planed and sanded dirt in good condition. Of course this torrential rain we've been having might well rut the roads a bit but what else might one expect of cowboy country? Keep in mind ... no hints from previous finders are allowed. Watching a new crop of finders make the needed discoveries is icing on th' cowboy cake. Might need a few replacement logsheets due to the recent heavy rain, or at least a battery-operated blow dryer. One thang f'r shore ... when wind, rain, and snow come to Sandy Creek Ranch they do come in good measure. Y'all have fun y' hear, Harmon SD Rowdies & Sandy Creek Cowboys Hey, Harmon, a few of The Thirsty Ladies are going too! After meeting up with you on the trail and chatting about the series, we just had to get Robyn to organize this! Maybe that will persuade you to come along? OMG! not only Team Fatman but Robyn and The Thirsty Ladies as well, my ship has finally come in. Still I'm confused ... is there one or two groups? John mentioned the 12th and Robyn mentioned the 13th. Sounds like I'll need a bedroll. Lemme think this through ... either go with Team Fatman and FATTBOY or go with Robyn and The Thirsty Ladies ... PHTT! Take a guess ... this one is a no-brainer. I can see it now, what with the late rainstorms the wildflowers might be showing in time for the outing. Imagine me pickin' posies for Robyn and The Thirsty Ladies. Funny thing is that we haven't heard back from Iowa on this deal. Maybe we scared them off or else they like Jodi better than me. Life is good, Harmon SD Rowdies & Sandy Creek Cowboys Dos Desperados! I'll make sure the first aid kit is ready to go since Ol' Harmon bleeds like a stuck pig...turkey.. O no! ... are The Fat Cats coming on this adventure? As far as I know, NO. But, they are trying to send in their operative, code name NO VOWELS, so keep a SHARP eye out.....

  6. Just so you know, take a look at this link to see how Jeep people turn out. Fair warning. Avoidance of jeep ownership will not save you from Harmon's unique perspective (shall we say) of the universe. The secret is to post no photographs (or if you do, put them some place where Harmon can't find them...) Why I oughta ...! Looks like a Hoot!! Paper-hat power! We have been out Caching....go figure!! Very nice work on the photo editing!! How did I know that picture was going to get dragged out. As for LL Bean and REI, they are way outside my budget. I'm more Wal-mart and Big 5 sports. But just like our Jeeps on the trails, we're always looking for a little more stability and traction.

  8. Nice to see you on the forums!! Yep, the Jeep is a highly recommended TOTT for caching!! :D Sieck ya out there!! Jeep should really provide a kickback to us geocacher's. While the OTT is definitely a great place to break in a new jeep, there are hundreds of trails to explore around here, a lot with caches too.
  9. Getting ready for the fun. two weeks Speaking of Cito: Trasharoo is donating one trasharoo spare tire trash carrier to a cito participant on Sunday.
  10. :D Woo hoo! Congrats, everybody! Those are some BIG numbers! :D Awesome milestones, and so many!!! Congrats everyone!!! Big numbers, congrats to all. It is definitely geocaching season. Fun Fun Fun!!!! Congrats to all on your milestones! It never gets boring! Way to go Everyone . Conga Rats to everyone on the impressive numbers! Wowza! Great Job to all!
  11. Jodi's not playing fair. That's not a published cache, yet, down there in Yuma. LOL Jodi's not playing fair? ... and your point is? Say, what did those desperados do with my bag hat and donut glasses? Why I oughta! Pst, Tom ... your barn-door is open. Speaking of not playing fair, I got to e-mail you about an idea I have. Hey everybody! Doug is trying to get me into more trouble with all the vine-ripened GeoChicks I've wronged before. You read it here first. Of course I am. But it would be a fun series!

  13. Jodi's not playing fair. That's not a published cache, yet, down there in Yuma. LOL
  14. You know, someone has to make that costume for him before the next fall camp out. Calling for costumes are we? ... and you, the Lollypop Kid! Sounds like another FlagMan-event to me. Just image this gang of desperados as Munchkins! If someone makes that I'll wear it for the raffle next fall! My wife excluded.
  15. You know, someone has to make that costume for him before the next fall camp out.
  16. Great job. No wonder you had such a magnificent lunch with all the ladies!
  17. Congrats habu!! :D:D:D:D So glad I was able to join you on this extremely fun adventure. Thank you so much for inviting us to join you tonight...it's been a long time coming and you picked a great cache for your 10,000th find!!! Yep, that's a lot of zeros So bummed that I couldn't be there. But so happy for Bill to knock 10K right out of the park on such a challenge.
  18. Mine's also back to normal! Agree Great work as always.
  19. Anyone else having trouble opening cache pages tonight? All my searches end up with an error 500 page. Return to home page.
  20. Team Reid's nephew Connor was there for the landing. He's taking lesson and flies out of Gillespie field. Sort of like a flier with the most hours and a flier who has the least hours at the field. No cache news that I know of.
  21. Barrie glad to hear things are turning around! Got to agree with Ol Harmon you're looking quite stunning all decked out and that huge smile.
  22. WoooooHoooooooooo!!!! AWESOME!!! Congrats to you both! Okay ... well, all I can say is ... it's about time, you energizer bunnies! I was expecting you to get there alot quicker! I'm thinking the NEXT 10K caches will come MUCH sooner now that you've finally gotten into your groove. Conga rats on 20K! boysnbarrie 20 grand WOW ! Say, Bill and Linda Gates and a bunch of other billionaires have pledged half their riches to needy causes. I can imagine that such a pledge is rewarding in a number of ways such as living one's life in a state of eternal grace. Such is my wish for Jim and Denice of Kwvers! fame. That said, Jim and Denice, I pledge to accept one-half of your Geocaching find-count as a means of assuring that you won't have to wait in line at the Golden Gate when once you are called home to that glorious Geocache in the sky. Amazing Grace Your welcome, Harmon SD Rowdies Note to Self: Oboy! Oboy! my ship is finally coming in. Ya made us smile! We seek and find! One more river to cross...one more mountain to climb! Would that be a "Yes" to my request? Sure Harmon...You can have half of our total cache finds when we have gone 'Home"....Thanks for the pic.. Lord o' Mercy, hallelujah! Boy howdy, a hall full o' Southern Baptists sangin' Gospel. It don't get no gooder than that ... even a good-old southern gal playin' that weird slide-Dobro guitar. Yeehaw! set me free! One o' these days I'll have t' post my peculiar religious- awakenin' story. Fact is as a small child I was "saved" thirty- three times during many o' th' traditional "Somebody has t' come on down and meet Jesus or y'all ain't goin' home yet" calls here and there all over the Bible Belt. Thanks ever-so much for puttin' my name down in your final arrangements. Shoot, I just knowed that my ship would finally come in. By th' way, has anybody spoken for th' other half? Awesome Job! Especially with all you've done this year. Congrats on an amazing accomplishment.
  23. I can't stop laughing! Great Job! Hope you didn't mind me dressing you in place. Actually the toughest edit job of the Oz series, had to stretch and alter the clothing to fit your, shall I say, ample frame. Oh your trying to be so nice close to Christmas. Ample LOL I'm always the first one breaking out the short fat joke. It's still a great piece of work.
