Just downloaded GSAK and I've just looked at the GPS setup dialog and it only has an option for Garmin & Magellan. My PDA isn't either. Can I still use it? And, if so how?

I'm a newbie to geocaching but I think I've already caught the bug! Found my first cache the other day and it was great! Even my daughter is excited at the prospect of finding her first and I've been trying to encourage her to come walking with me for ages As the topic suggests my GPS setup is a memory map (naigator) enabled PDA with memory map installed on my PC. My query is this I cant work out how to download the waypoints to memory map from gc.com. Is MM compatible with GPX amd/or LOC files and if so, can someone tell me how I go about getting these downloadable waypoints/files into memory map. many thanks, Marc BTW: I appreciate that I am not a premium member at the moment but I am considering it, so if someone wouldlike to advise on the benefit of being able to get GPX files over LOC files I'm sure that would also be beneficial to me.
