  1. Congrats to all who have been recently recognized... ...and to the Wienerdogs on #3900!
  2. Congrats to DubyaDee on his 1K find at the Lily Pad this afternoon! Glad to meet you at last. A Signal Parade in honor of #1000:
  3. I would recommend contacting Team Maccabee. He has just over 100 finds, plus two unique and inventive cache placements. And, oh yeah, he's hooked all right!
  4. Where's a cowboy hat icon when I really need one? (This one doesn't apply, but I like it...) A big Whoa-ha goin' out to nevcowpok on #800!
  5. A two-fer post! Way to go, hydnsek and k7-wave!
  6. Whooooo-hoo! Today, tolmaus reached her 1000th cache milestone with her daughter and a friend in Boston, Massachusetts. (PO Square - Urban Cache GCN6FJ) Anyone who knows tolmaus and her line of work will realize how appropriate this cache was for her 1K. Most importantly, how wonderful it is that she’s able to spend some time with her daughter. Congratulations, tolmaus!!
  7. Celebratory "Whoo-hoos" going out to lucyandrickie, BHMP, and Schulesjoe! J and C, have you completely cleared out the North End yet?
  8. Congrats to Wienerdog on #3600. Did I say #3600? They were busy this week... Even though they're already well past it, a further congrats to Wienerdog on #3700.
  9. FrodoB, monkiemonk and I had the pleasure of witnessing tolmaus' 900th find this morning. Let the 1K countdown begin!
  10. I'm looking forward to being able to attend some of the future Hikes of the Month. My spring weekends are pretty booked already, though. Have fun ascending Mount Si!
  11. Thanks to Obi-wan (whoo-hoo, 3500!) and everyone else for the kind mini-milestone recognition. Camano Island is a delightful place to go caching, not only for the clever cache craftmanship of Rey del Roble, but also for the beautiful scenery. Highly recommended!
  12. Congratulations, Team Maccabee! On Saturday, he found 26 caches (16 of them were puzzles), and finished up the day at 'Something NICE on Queen Anne' for his 100th find. It was great fun to witness his rollover from two to three digits--and, if I've counted correctly, that means 34 percent of all of his cache finds are puzzles. WTG!!
  13. Sounds like a great idea. Looking forward to it.
  14. Congrats to Inmywoods for her adventuresome 300th find at The Ice Caves.
  15. Hey, k7-wave: Have fun on your 2K countdown!
  16. The first cache > ---^---: ) ever found was a grossi cache, and so was his 500th. Y'done good, real good, >---^---: )
  17. It's always fun to be with friends for a milestone. After witnessing NBJPoppa's 700th cache (Whoo-hoo, Poppa!) we were at our next cache of the day when tolmaus realized she was almost at 800. jcar helped us choose a fun nearby cache for that milestone as well. WTG, tolmaus!
  18. evergreenhiker! got find number 2800 (and a snow-shoeing FTF to boot!) at cache ahead's Hollow Tree.
  19. Beautiful photos from your milestone cache, hydnsek! Congrats on 1500.
  20. Wow! 500 caches in only six months! WTG, schulesjoe!
  21. Thanks to all my friends. The best part was spending the day with my kid in a beautiful location. For those of you that haven’t cached on Whidbey Island yet, I highly recommend it!
  22. Congrats to shunra on his 1K at 'Here Be Flying Salmon'!
